We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performing web applications and websites. In this role, you will bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking a primary role in defining how our digital platforms look, function, and perform.
The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, a passion for clean code, and experience in optimizing user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Front-End & Back-End Development: Write clean, testable, and efficient code using standard web development practices, modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Architecture & Layout: Create user-friendly website layouts and interfaces based on wireframes, user experience (UX) principles, and technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Implement web standards and best practices to ensure fast loading speeds, robust security, and seamless mobile responsiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with web designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align technical delivery with visual design intent and campaign execution.
- Database & API Integration: Integrate data from various back-end services, content management systems (CMS), and databases.
- Maintenance & Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing web products to maintain optimal functionality and fix performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proven working experience in web programming with deep knowledge of modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including jQuery or modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular).
- CMS & Platforms: Strong proficiency with platforms such as WordPress (including custom themes, PHP, and Gutenberg blocks) or Shopify (Liquid).
- Design Tool Familiarity: Basic understanding of UI/UX design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma to convert design assets into clean code.
- Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and the ability to find practical applications and solutions for complex code errors.
- Communication: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within agile teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant professional experience can be substituted).
- A solid understanding of technical SEO best practices, site mapping, and semantic markup.
- Experience with e-commerce integrations, payment gateways, or web performance auditing tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,525.96 per month
