Job Description: QA Engineer (Manual Tester)
We are seeking a dedicated Manual QA Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual test cases to ensure product accuracy, usability, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and track them to closure.
- Validate software functionality, UI/UX behavior, and performance from an end-user perspective.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure testing is completed within timelines and meets quality standards.
- Stay updated with testing best practices and contribute to continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
- Ability to create clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and defect reports.
- Experience in functional, regression, usability, and integration testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of API testing tools like Postman .
- Understanding of tools like Browserstack for UI testing.
- Familiarity with defect-tracking tools (Jira etc.).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
