- Oversee daily bar operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage bar staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and prevent shortages or variances.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs for stock handling, pouring, billing, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Store teams for timely replenishment of bar items.
- Maintain cost control by reducing wastage, breakage, and pilferage.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements (excise laws, licenses, hygiene standards).
- Build and motivate a high-performing team with excellent guest service focus.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and proper documentation.
- Develop beverage menus, promotions, and upselling strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure service recovery.
- Prepare daily sales reports, stock consumption reports, and monthly bar summaries.
- Ensure consistent product quality and standardised drink recipes.
- Conduct regular bar audits and implement corrective actions.
