- We are looking for a dynamic and confident International Lead Generation Executive to identify and connect with potential clients across global markets for exhibition stand design and build services. The role involves outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and supporting the business development team in generating new opportunities within the exhibitions and trade show industry.
Ideal Candidate: A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with international clients, has a passion for sales and networking, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced exhibition and event solutions company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to international prospects, exhibitors, and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls and emails
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's exhibition design and build capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems / Dialer and sales trackers
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English is a must .
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with senior-level professionals.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in international tele calling, lead generation, inside sales, business development and B2B sales is preferred
- Knowledge of international markets and business communication practices is an advantage.
