We are looking for a result-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace and D2C operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, orders, inventory, marketplace performance, promotions, and day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and attributes.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, RTOs and customer issues.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery, reverse pickup and shipment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product stock levels across all marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales, conversion, returns and cancellation rates.
- Handle marketplace seller panels, orders, claims, disputes and support tickets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and inventory planning.
- Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and marketplace performance.
- Assist in managing offers, discounts, promotions and marketplace campaigns.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with marketplace/logistics teams for quick resolution.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
- Ensure product pricing, inventory and promotional information remains accurate across channels.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Good understanding of Shopify and D2C e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as Sales, Orders, Conversion Rate, Returns, RTO, Cancellation and Ad Spend.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
Pay: ₹14,795.30 - ₹20,282.03 per month
