About the Role:
We're hiring a Telesales Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls, promote our products, and close sales. Great opportunity for freshers.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential customers and explain products
- Convert leads into sales and follow up with prospects
- Maintain call records in CRM
- Achieve sales targets
- Resolve customer queries
Requirements:
- Any degree/diploma (Freshers welcome, up to 2 years experience)
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and target-driven attitude
Salary: Fixed pay (Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 25,000) + Performance-based incentives
