Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and business opportunities in CRM systems.
Prepare regular business development and sales performance reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Business Management) preferred.
Fresher – 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
