Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful approach while communicating with customers.
- Resolve customer issues within the given timelines.
- Follow company policies and standard customer service procedures.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and details.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned individual and team performance targets.
