Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to supervise construction/project activities at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
- Handle site measurements, material checking, and billing support
- Resolve technical and operational issues at the site
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Support project planning and scheduling activities
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction/site execution processes
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving and team management abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines and site conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial/infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites
