- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to existing bank customers or new leads using provided databases to identify those interested in personal loans.
- Needs & Eligibility Analysis: Assess the customer’s financial requirements, check their eligibility (income, credit score, existing EMIs), and suggest suitable loan amounts and tenures.
- Product Pitching: Clearly explain interest rates, processing fees, repayment terms, and the benefits of the loan.
- Document Collection: Guide the customer through the application process and assist them in gathering and submitting necessary documents (e.g., PAN, Aadhar, salary slips).
