We're looking for an experienced brand marketing manager to own and elevate our brand across every customer touchpoint. This role is responsible for ensuring all content, campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives reflect one consistent brand voice while driving awareness, engagement, and long-term brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the company's brand identity, voice, and positioning.
- Ensure all content across Instagram, YouTube, Reels, ads, websites, emails, and other marketing channels follows a consistent brand tone.
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, video editors, and the social media team to maintain brand consistency.
- Plan and execute brand-building campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and audience recall.
- Develop creative marketing initiatives, partnerships, activations, and campaigns that strengthen the brand.
- Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements based on market trends and audience insights.
- Create brand guidelines and ensure they are followed across all teams.
- Collaborate with performance marketing to ensure campaigns are both brand-focused and conversion-driven.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing, advertising, or brand management.
- Experience working with consumer brands, digital-first companies, or advertising agencies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, content marketing, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing cross-functional creative teams.
- Familiarity with Meta, Google, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
- Experience developing brand campaigns from concept to execution.
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and market research.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
