Job Purpose:
To plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities and communications across digital and offline channels, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, support lead generation, and ensure brand consistency while contributing to the overall visibility and growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead quality and return on investment.
- Coordinate with SEO, website, and digital marketing agencies.
- Maintain and update the company website with new products, blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage Google Search Console and website performance.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance dashboards.
Content & Brand Management
- Plan monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
- Develop technical product content, brochures, presentations, company profiles, and case studies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
Lead Management & Sales Coordination
- Monitor leads generated from digital campaigns, exhibitions, websites, emails, and social media.
- Assign and track leads with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers for initial requirements whenever required.
- Support quotation preparation by coordinating with technical and commercial teams.
- Prepare lead status and conversion reports.
Website & Product Management
- Coordinate new product launches on the website.
- Maintain product information, technical specifications, downloadable catalogs, and inquiry forms.
- Improve website user experience and conversion performance.
Business Development Support
- Conduct market research for new industries and potential customers.
- Identify opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Support exhibition planning, product launches, and marketing events.
- Build and maintain customer and prospect databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field MBA in Marketing is a plus point.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the electrical, industrial, manufacturing, automation, or renewable energy sector.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Understanding of industrial products and technical marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
