Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory and store operations for our villa construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling construction materials, maintaining stock records, coordinating with site engineers, and ensuring timely material availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved material requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team about reorder requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for material deliveries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Track tools, equipment, and returnable materials.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Experience with ERP or inventory software is an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Preferred Experience
- Construction Store: 2 years (Preferred)
- Inventory Management: 2 years (Preferred)
