Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive quality leads for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate and manage high-quality leads for real estate projects
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL and ROI
- Coordinate with external vendors.
- Manage and update listings on property portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and lead quality
- Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams to improve lead conversion
- Support digital strategy for project launches and promotions
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- At least 1 year experience in Real Estate digital marketing preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation funnels
- Experience in vendor management and agency coordination
- Hands-on experience with real estate property portals
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
