JOB DESCRIPTION
Professional proficiency in French (speaking, writing, and reading) is mandatory for this position.
Pixirus supports institutions in the enhancement, structuring, and processing of documentary and heritage collections. As part of its growth, the company is seeking a Commercial Assistant to support its commercial development.
You will contribute to the structuring and execution of sales activities. Your role will focus on supporting business development, preparing commercial documentation, and ensuring effective follow-up of client and prospect interactions.
You will play a key role in coordinating commercial operations, improving responsiveness to tenders, and supporting the company’s growth across European markets.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong interest in sales support, client relations, and structured commercial processes.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participating in tender analysis in the European market.
- Drafting business proposals based on requirements gathered from existing and new clients.
- Researching and identifying potential customers through various channels such as social media, email, and phone
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
- Tracking and analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Executing email campaigning.
PROFIL & QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally, you have proven commercial experience in the sale of IT services and you have full French proficiency.
- Knowledge of prospecting and negotiation techniques.
- Commercial temperament : rhythm and sense of prospecting, structured commercial approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : Fixed remuneration according to profile + profit-sharing and bonuses.
