Key Responsibilities:

Complete a structured training program covering game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine 5, Roblox Studio), 3D web frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js, WebXR), and AR/AI pipelines for Virtual Try-On.
Build proof-of-concept projects: a virtual try-on booth (face/body AR overlay), a multiplayer metaverse room, and a mini-game prototype.
Integrate AI/ML models (MediaPipe face mesh, body pose estimation, segmentation) into AR-based try-on experiences for eyewear, apparel, and accessories.
Develop interactive 3D metaverse environments using Three.js, Babylon.js, React Three Fiber, or PlayCanvas with avatar systems and spatial audio.
Create and implement gameplay mechanics, UI elements, and interactive features using Unity (C#), Unreal Engine 5 (C++/Blueprints), or Roblox Studio (Lua).
Implement multiplayer networking using Photon, Mirror, or WebSocket-based architectures for real-time multi-user experiences.
Collaborate with 3D artists and designers on the asset pipeline (Blender â†’ glTF/USDZ â†’ Engine) and integrate assets, animations, and VFX into projects.
Support debugging, testing, performance optimization, and participate in code reviews following development best practices.
Stay updated with emerging XR hardware, metaverse platforms, AR/VR SDKs (ARKit, ARCore, WebXR), and industry trends.

Experience - 0 -1 Year

Required Skills:

Strong fundamentals in at least one programming language: C#, C++, JavaScript, Python, or Lua.
Basic understanding of any game engine (Unity, Unreal Engine 5, or Roblox Studio) or 3D graphics library (Three.js, Babylon.js).
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and basic 3D math (vectors, matrices, coordinate systems).
Familiarity with 3D graphics, real-time rendering, or game development principles.
Basic knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub) and REST APIs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with eagerness to learn new technologies rapidly.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game Development, or a related field.
Academic projects, internships, or personal projects in game development, AR filters, 3D web experiences, or virtual try-on prototypes.
Exposure to AR/VR SDKs (ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, Spark AR, WebXR) or AI/ML libraries (MediaPipe, TensorFlow.js, OpenCV).
Familiarity with shader languages (HLSL, GLSL, ShaderLab) or 3D asset tools (Blender, Substance Painter).
Understanding of multiplayer networking concepts (Photon, Mirror, WebSockets) and cloud deployment basics (AWS, Docker).
