Role Summary:
Responsible for project billing, quantity take-offs, and commercial support for landscaping/construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare RA bills and final bills as per BOQ and contract
- Perform quantity take-offs and re-measurements from drawings/site
- Verify subcontractor bills and support final accounts
- Manage and quantify variations and change orders
- Ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and contract terms
- Maintain billing records and meet strict deadlines
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of SMM7 / measurement standards
- Understanding of construction & landscaping works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, Advanced Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
