Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and passionate Art & Craft Teacher to conduct engaging evening classes for children and adults. The ideal candidate should be skilled in various art and craft techniques and capable of inspiring students to explore their creativity in a fun and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct interactive art and craft sessions for different age groups.
- Teach a variety of art forms, including drawing, painting, sketching, paper crafts, clay modeling, DIY projects, and other creative activities.
- Develop lesson plans that encourage creativity, imagination, and skill development.
- Guide students through projects while providing individual attention and constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, and special events, where applicable.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Manage art materials and ensure proper use of supplies and equipment.
- Track student progress and communicate with parents or guardians when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art & Craft Teacher, Artist, or Creative Instructor.
- Strong knowledge of various art techniques and craft activities.
- Ability to teach students of different ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about teaching.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or certification in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Design, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of teaching or workshop experience.
- Experience conducting creative workshops or preparing students for exhibitions is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
