Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
