Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with prospective customers.
- Deliver professional presentations and explain machine features, working principles, production capacity, and commercial benefits.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-sales consultation.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery or capital equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in a simple and convincing manner.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
