- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and peripheral-related issues.
- Installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows operating systems, drivers, and standard application software.
- Assemble, upgrade, and repair desktop computers and IT equipment.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN networks.
- Perform structured LAN cabling, cable laying, crimping, punching, and network termination.
- Installation and configuration of network switches, routers, access points, and related networking devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and internet-related issues.
- Configure TCP/IP settings, shared folders, network printers, and user access.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of IT hardware and network infrastructure.
- Attend onsite customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the defined SLA.
- Provide technical support to Banks, Government Organizations, PSUs, and Corporate customers.
- Maintain service call reports, installation reports, preventive maintenance reports, and customer acknowledgements.
- Coordinate with OEM technical support teams for warranty and escalation cases.
- Maintain IT asset records, serial numbers, warranty details, and service history.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and update the Call Coordinator/Service Manager on call status.
- Support IT hardware AMC and facility management activities.
- Follow customer IT security, safety, and service procedures.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
