- Communicating with clients / Leads and property Owners
- Calling as guided by company, Client Follow up
- Posting Advertisements to generate leads
- Arranging and Attending Visits, Showing Properties to clients
- Price Negotiations, Communicating with customers, Renting or Selling Properties
- Follow up progress of ongoing deals and Collecting Service Charge
- Reporting each activity to his Senior as advised by the company.
- Market survey on Regular basis to be updated with market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali communication (Read, Write and Speak).
- Basic computer knowledge is essential
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
