BVG India Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, tender participation, and contract closures.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development
· Generate new business opportunities in Facility Management / IFM services
· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
· Build and maintain strong sales pipeline
· Prepare proposals and close service contracts
· Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Eligibility
· Graduate (MBA / Marketing preferred)
· 1–4 years of B2B service sales experience
· Experience in Facility Management industry preferred
· Experience in Government & Private tendering (Optional)
Required Skills
· Strong communication & negotiation skills
· Knowledge of BOQ & bid documentation (Optional)
· Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales
· Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
