- Make outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients (corporates, institutions, uniform trade partners) across our PAN India network
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone and WhatsApp promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-ups
- Share product catalogs, fabric samples details, pricing, and quotations with prospects over WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, & orders
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
