Job Title:
Business Coordinator - Proposals
- Tracking, managing and following up on all active business proposals
- Managing the central mail boxes and client engagement for all new clients
- Client interaction and solution and appropriate team identification
- Coordinating between client and execution partners or team till handover
- Initial proposals, mailers and promotions as strategized for business and marketing initiatives
- Managing availability of marketing, promotion and branding matter for the firm
- Critical meeting setup and coordination through calendars and calls
- Monthly reports on inquiries and partners responsible for the queries
- Exceptional communications presentation, public speaking and media management abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and MAC (Preferred) business & presentation tools
- Solutions ability and problem solving skills
- Working ability with cross functional teams aimed at maximizing results
- Previous experience in client communication and business process is a boon
- Ability to understand spoken and written english from various countries and accents
- Additional European and American languages working knowledge will be preferred
- A ‘passion for client experience’ visible in your personal presentation and knowledge about current trends
