Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Marketing Head to oversee marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, and support business growth through effective lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the marketing team.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines and team performance.
- Manage social media, SEO, website, and advertising activities.
- Prepare reports and present performance metrics.
- Ensure timely completion of marketing campaigns.
- Train and guide team members.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain the organization's brand presence.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing or a related specialization.
- 0–1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and online advertising.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the EdTech domain will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
