About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with prior sales experience are encouraged to apply. The role involves guiding prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with interested candidates.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Education Counselling, or EdTech Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,074.00 per month
