Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain products/services professionally
Generate leads and maintain follow-ups
Build customer relationships and address queries
Maintain call records and reports
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Confidence in speaking with customers
Basic computer knowledge
Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply too)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
