Key Responsibilities
- On-Ground Prospecting: Conduct daily field visits to residential complexes, commercial hubs, and industrial sites to generate fresh leads.
- Client Consultations: Meet face-to-face with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide customized solution recommendations.
- Product/Service Demonstrations: Conduct on-site surveys to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Sales Closing: Prepare accurate price quotations, negotiate terms, handle objections on the spot, and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and unlock upselling or annual maintenance opportunities.
- Reporting: Update the daily sales pipeline tracker (via Google Sheets/CRM) detailing visits made, leads generated, and revenue secured.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
