Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to manage client interactions, drive property sales, and contribute to business growth. This role involves field work, client handling, and closing deals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Convince prospective clients and assist them in selecting the right property
- Handle and follow up with new and existing leads regularly
- Share details of available and upcoming properties with clients
- Attend client meetings and conduct site visits
- Guide buyers in purchasing property at the right price
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers
- Maintain MIS and daily sales reports
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely closures
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Basic understanding of the real estate market (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Age: 22 – 35 years
- Languages: Basic English, Hindi, Marathi
- Must own a bike (field sales role)
- Comfortable with field work and target-based role
