Job Overview
We are looking for a decisive and experienced Senior Data Engineer to own our data infrastructure. This role requires someone who understands the business value of data, can design scalable architectures, build production-grade pipelines, and ensure trusted, analytics-ready data across Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric environments.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and dbt.
Architect and deploy Microsoft Fabric solutions including data warehousing, lakehouse, dataflows, and Power BI integrations.
Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
Ensure data quality, freshness, governance, and lineage from source systems to dashboards.
Take full ownership of deliverables and independently solve technical challenges.
Write and optimize high-performance SQL queries and transformation logic.
Act as a bridge between technical implementation and business requirements.
Communicate architectural decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Required Skills
Expert-level SQL and Python skills.
Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
Strong experience with dbt for data modeling and testing.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric including OneLake, Fabric Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and Power BI semantic layers.
Strong understanding of Azure infrastructure and data workloads.
Proven experience implementing Medallion Architecture (Raw, Staged, Curated layers).
Strong ownership mindset and self-sufficient problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Microsoft Certifications
These certifications are a hard requirement for this role. Candidates who already hold them will be given strong preference. Candidates actively pursuing them with a clear timeline will also be considered.
