Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination, effective candidate management, and a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
* Screen candidates based on gender, location, salary fitment, communication skills, and domain knowledge.
* Maintain and update accurate candidate data in the recruitment system.
* Share interview meeting links, conduct assessments, and update candidate feedback.
* Communicate selection or rejection status to candidates after every stage of the recruitment process.
* Schedule HR, Technical, Office Visit, and Final Interview rounds while ensuring timely feedback from hiring managers.
* Coordinate salary negotiations with senior stakeholders and confirm coach details, reporting manager, client location, and salary.
* Share salary details for approval and update the recruitment progress tracker.
* Send confirmation emails, initiate Background Verification (BGV), generate Employee ID, share credentials, issue offer letters, and track offer acceptance.
* Coordinate system allocation, upload candidate details, and send onboarding communication along with the Date of Joining (DOJ).
