Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance projects in the Automation & Controls domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects as per customer requirements and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project schedules, resource allocation plans, and project execution strategies.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of project materials.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and project review meetings.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Production, and Service departments.
- Maintain complete project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, inspection reports, and completion certificates.
- Support after-sales service, warranty, and maintenance activities whenever required.

- Fabrication of Custom-Built Structures
- Polyurethane, Rubber & Nylon Products
- Office & Warehouse Interior Projects
- Special Purpose Machinery (SPM)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Project Management certification is preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in project management within industrial automation, material handling, airport systems, or electro-mechanical projects.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of airport infrastructure projects is preferred.
