Profile Overview:
An ideal candidate will be responsible in comprehending and completing assigned projects within the stipulated time line. The candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot, follow instructions and achieve ideal end results. We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Developing BIM models for HVAC services from design drawings and coordinating between all other services.
- Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing.
- Preparation of shop / fabrication drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per manager guidelines.
- Preparation of built BIM after receiving site survey drawings / mark ups with as built comments.
- Work as a team with other modelers and detailers for HVAC BIM projects.
- Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
- Assisting Team Leads in various tasks as and when required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- B.Tech/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- CAD & Revit modelling skills
- BIM knowledge is a must
- Be a team player in various BIM projects
- Good communication and coordination skills with other team members
- Providing on the job guidance for Trainees
- Prioritizing work and maintaining consistency and process flow
- Scan to BIM / Point cloud conversion skills will be a plus
- Must be minimum of intermediate level in communicating in English
