NeoTrack is a campus + transport safety and management platform used by schools and institutions for live vehicle tracking, student/employee attendance (RFID/QR/Face), route management, parent communication, and safety monitoring. We’re expanding in Kolkata and looking for a field-focused sales & marketing professional who can drive meetings, demos, and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients: schools, colleges, coaching institutes, transport contractors, and fleet owners
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, events, and local marketing
- Fix appointments with decision makers (Principal, Admin, Transport Manager, Trustees)
- Give product demos (mobile + web) and explain solution benefits clearly
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations and follow up for closures
- Maintain pipeline and update lead status regularly (Excel/CRM)
- Coordinate with operations/tech team for deployment timelines and client onboarding
- Support basic marketing activities: banners, local campaigns, WhatsApp/email outreach, and presentations
Required Skills
- Strong communication in Bengali + English (Hindi is a plus)
- Confident in meeting clients and handling objections
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and field work
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Interest in tech products (GPS, tracking apps, RFID attendance) is preferred
- Eligibility

- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Days: 6 days/week (can mention your exact policy)
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business. Freshers with marketing internship/project experience can apply.
- Must have a two-wheeler (preferred) and willingness to travel in/around Kolkata
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
