Job Title: Ecosystem Lead
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
Role Overview:The Ecosystem Lead will play a key role in the State. This position will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Education Department's policies, schemes, and initiatives, and ensuring alignment between the organization’s programs and state-level objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and foster networks and scan the government ecosystem on a sustained basis to identify relevant opportunities to position Pi Jam Foundation’s value-added propositions to advance the agenda of NEP implementation towards 21st-century skills, including computational thinking, problem-solving, and digital education.
Strategic Planning:
- Provide technical guidance towards the strategic positioning of Pi Jam Foundation’s mandate at the state level.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives within the PMU, incorporating government priorities and objectives into program design and implementation.
- Advocate for increased state budgetary allocations and expenditures for ICT and 21st-century skills interventions to ensure sustainability of interventions.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Represent the organization in government meetings, workshops, and other forums, fostering collaboration and networking opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
- Co-lead evidence-based policy dialogue with relevant government department at the state levels to co-create system-led, large-scale solutions that contribute to the successful implementation of government policies and programs aligned with Pi Jam Foundation’s priorities.
Government Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports and updates on program activities, achievements, and challenges for government stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in program implementation.
Capacity Building: Provide training and capacity-building support to government staff and partners involved in program implementation, fostering a shared understanding of program goals and strategies.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Collaborate with government counterparts to establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track program progress and outcomes, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of work experience, in advocacy, government relations, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, particularly in relation to NEP and 21st-century skills.
- Proven track record of successful advocacy and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Pay: ₹1,080,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
