Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Executive to handle import and export operations for Psyllium, Spices, and Herbal products. Candidates residing in Siddhpur or nearby areas such as Patan, Unjha, Mehsana, Palanpur, or nearby locations will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete export and import documentation, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Certificate of Origin (COO / COI)
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Shipping Bill
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and inspection agencies
- Plan and book containers and coordinate shipment schedules
- Track shipments and update customers regularly
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations
- Maintain proper shipment and documentation records
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in export/import logistics (experience in Psyllium, Spices, Agro products preferred)
- Candidate must be residing in or near Siddhpur, Patan, Unjha, Mehsana, or nearby areas
- Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures
- Familiar with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
