The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients visiting the wellness clinic. This role involves managing appointments, greeting clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a calm, welcoming, and professional environment aligned with the clinic’s wellness philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and create a relaxing, positive first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and update appointment systems
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage billing records
- Guide clients about services, packages, and basic wellness programs
- Coordinate with therapists, doctors, or wellness practitioners for smooth operations
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and soothing
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalate issues when needed
- Promote clinic services, memberships, and ongoing offers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a clinic, spa, or wellness center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of wellness services (spa, physiotherapy, nutrition, etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused with a calm and empathetic approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
