Position: Weighbridge Operator
Vacancies: 7 Nos.
Location: Thoppumpady, Kochi
Industry: Logistics / Port Operations / Warehouse
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the weighbridge and accurately record the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Generate and issue weighment slips/tickets for all vehicle movements.
- Verify vehicle details, driver information, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries, exits, and weight transactions.
- Enter data into the computer system and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, warehouse, and security personnel.
- Monitor weighbridge equipment and report any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the weighbridge area.
- Assist management with inventory, dispatch, and logistics-related documentation when required.
Qualification:
- Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and data entry preferred.
Experience:
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in weighbridge operations, logistics, transport, warehouse, shipping, or port operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
