We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Diamond Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate sales, and promote our polished diamond inventory. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of the diamond industry, and the ability to understand customer requirements while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
- Promote and sell polished diamonds based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
- Present suitable diamond options according to the customer's specifications.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the inventory and diamond selection teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Stay updated on diamond pricing, market trends, and customer demand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM/ERP system.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in diamond sales (Polished Diamonds preferred).
- Strong understanding of the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight).
- Experience working with international or domestic diamond buyers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent closing abilities.
- Knowledge of diamond certification (GIA, IGI, HRD).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
