Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and business development activities.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Demonstrate strong destination knowledge, with a primary focus on Bali, and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Present and pitch Balitreat's travel products and customized holiday solutions to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates. Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and update client interactions in the CRM. Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, customer preferences, and emerging travel trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of confirmed bookings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Strong knowledge of Bali and international holiday packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B and B2C travel sales.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of international travel products, visa processes, and holiday planning.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
