Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive B2B Operations Executive to manage end-to-end travel operations for our agent partners, ensuring seamless execution of bookings and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day B2B bookings and operations for travel partners
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors
- Prepare and manage itineraries, vouchers, and confirmations
- Ensure smooth execution of on-ground services in Bali
- Resolve partner queries and operational issues promptly
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers
- Monitor service quality and guest experiences
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in travel operations (B2B/DMC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Bali products, hotels, and logistics
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and travel systems
