Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, fast-paced Video Editor who understands social media trends, storytelling, and viral content formats.
Your main goal: Turn raw footage into high-quality reels, event promos, and short-form content that people actually want to watch.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) with strong hooks and pacing
- Create event highlight videos, aftermovies, and promotional teasers
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound design
- Stay updated with trending formats, music, and editing styles
- Work closely with marketing & event teams to produce high-performing content
- Optimize videos for engagement (watch time, shares, retention)
- Handle quick turnaround edits during live events when required
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in video editing (freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
- Strong skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro
- Understanding of social media algorithms & content trends
- Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits (not slow corporate videos)
- Good sense of music, timing, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)
- Experience editing event videos or corporate promos
- Motion graphics / animation skills
- Basic color grading & sound design
- Experience with AI tools for video editing/content creation
