1. Manage the daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and appointments of senior management.
2. Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and business documents.
4. Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and channel partners.
6. Prepare and update Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
7. Arrange travel, meetings, and event logistics when required.
8. Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
9. Assist in documentation related to sales, administration, and management activities.
10. Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.
