Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee Commercial Real Estate For this role were specifically looking for candidates who have direct experience in financial analysis and credit underwriting. A solid understanding of basic credit knowledge and deal structuring is essential Responsibilities: - You would be required to do financial analysis and credit underwriting - Candidate should be able to spread tax returns analyze cash flow statements profit and loss statements balance sheets and calculate repayment capacity - Interpret financial analyses provide meaningful recommendations and clearly articulate findings to both internal and external team members - Underwrite cash flow using metrics like LTV DSCR - Evaluate borrower's/guarantors financial strength and experience - Additional responsibility will include preparing dashboards and supporting managers in governance meetings - Critical thinking and analytical skills required for this position - If you understand property financials including rent rolls operating statements and tax returns that will be an added advantage
