Location : Mysore
Job Responsibilities
Train learners on Soft Skills, Communication, Personality Development & Life Skills
Deliver Placement Training modules – Resume building, Interview prep, Group Discussion
Conduct interactive sessions, roleplays & activities for skill development
Guide learners for job readiness and career orientation
Coordinate with the training center team for session planning & feedback
Skills Required
Excellent verbal & written communication in English & Kannada preferred
Strong training/facilitation skills and ability to engage students
Prior experience in Soft Skills, Corporate Training, Teaching or HR preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Basic knowledge of placement processes is an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
