Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Advertising Designer to develop visually appealing designs for advertising campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and the ability to convert marketing concepts into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative concepts for advertisements, social media, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media.
- Develop banners, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines and target audiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, layouts, and visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver them within deadlines.
- Review and improve existing creatives based on feedback and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest design, advertising, and social media trends.
- Guide junior designers and provide creative inputs when required.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in advertising, graphic design, or creative design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of digital advertising and social media creatives.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing advertising and creative design work is preferred.
