We are looking for a Revenue Analyst who loves unlocking growth opportunities hidden inside financial, product, and sales data. If you enjoy diving into pricing tiers, unit economics, and pipeline conversion metrics to find the sweet spot between scaling fast and staying profitable, this role is built for you.
In this position, you won't just publish standard financial reports or maintain static spreadsheets. You’ll serve as a key commercial partner to leadership, sales ops, and product teams across Bengaluru—helping us optimize yield, prevent revenue leakage, and shape high-impact growth strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Price & Yield Optimization: Analyze pricing models, discount patterns, and customer segments to recommend strategies that increase average contract value (ACV) and gross margins.
- Predictive Revenue Forecasting: Build and maintain rolling revenue forecasts, blending historical conversion rates, product usage trends, and sales pipeline signals to provide leadership with clear forward visibility.
- Leakage & Variance Tracking: Audit deal structures, billing pipelines, and renewal workflows to catch unbilled usage, contract churn, or margin erosion early.
- Commercial Dashboards: Design and maintain real-time performance dashboards (tracking ARPU, NRR, LTV/CAC, and realization rates) so team leads can track progress at a glance.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Work directly with marketing, sales, and finance to stress-test new monetization ideas, promotional campaigns, or tier launches before they go live.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in revenue analysis, FP&A, commercial finance, or SaaS revenue operations.
- Data & Financial Rigor: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, scenario planning) paired with strong SQL skills to query transactional data directly.
- BI Expertise: Hands-on experience building clear, actionable dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Commercial Mindset: An understanding of SaaS/subscription metrics, unit economics, and customer lifecycle dynamics.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex revenue patterns and trade-offs into straightforward, strategic recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with CRM and billing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee, or NetSuite).
- Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and automated revenue modeling.
Why Join Us?
- High-Impact Ownership: Your insights will directly influence pricing decisions, deal approvals, and top-line expansion strategy.
- Fast-Paced Innovation: Work in Bengaluru’s thriving ecosystem alongside high-performing, data-driven teams.
- Clear Growth Path: A collaborative, low-ego environment with ample room to step into leadership or revenue strategy roles.
