### Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated **IT Recruiter** to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure the recruitment of top talent.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process** for IT roles.
* Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
* Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
* Post job openings on platforms such as Indeed and other job boards.
* Negotiate salary and manage the offer process.
* Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Stay updated with current IT hiring trends and technologies.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in **IT recruitment or technical recruitment**.
* Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, testers, DevOps, etc.).
* Experience using job portals and professional networks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
### Preferred Skills
* Experience with ATS or HR software.
* Familiarity with sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn.
* Knowledge of technical screening and recruitment metrics.
