Job Summary
The Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging digital content that showcases the school's academics, events, achievements, culture, and values. The role requires strong storytelling, photography/videography coordination, short-form video creation, copywriting, and social media management to strengthen the school's brand and parent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) highlighting classroom activities, events, competitions, celebrations, and student achievements.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
- Capture or coordinate photography and videography during school events.
- Ensure all content reflects the school's vision, values, and brand guidelines.
Social Media Management
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Publish content according to the marketing schedule.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
- Track platform performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
School Branding
- Cover all major school events, assemblies, competitions, workshops, and celebrations.
- Create promotional campaigns for admissions, academic programs, achievements, and special initiatives.
- Collect success stories, testimonials, and parent feedback for marketing use.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to identify content opportunities.
Video Production
- Write scripts and storyboards for promotional and educational videos.
- Edit short videos suitable for social media platforms.
- Create interviews with students, teachers, alumni, and parents.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual content.
Content Planning
- Research trends relevant to education and school marketing.
- Generate innovative content ideas aligned with admissions and engagement goals.
- Maintain a repository of photos, videos, and creative assets for future campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (school or education sector preferred).
- Freshers with an exceptional content portfolio may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating viral short-form content.
- Knowledge of SEO and website content management.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation and productivity.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
